TechHire Inbox ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and your rights.
1. What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect: your work email, name, role, company size, candidate sourcing channels, hiring role types and optional Telegram username. We may also collect non-identifying technical data such as browser type, IP address hash (not the raw IP) and referral source for analytics purposes.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to: communicate early access updates, understand our user base to build a better product and send welcome and product update emails. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Data storage
Your data is stored in a secure cloud database (Neon PostgreSQL) hosted in the EU or US. We use industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Only authorized team members have access to the database.
4. Your rights
You have the right to: access the data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data at any time and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@techhireinbox.com.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use PostHog for privacy-friendly product analytics. PostHog is self-hosted or uses EU infrastructure. We use minimal, essential cookies only. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our product evolves. We will notify waitlist members of significant changes via email. The current version is always available at this URL.
